Went to buy a new insect repellent collar for our dog.
Lovely friendly staff, price very competitive.
7/7/2023 today we took our dog 🐶 Tommy for a haircut.
Erica did a wonderful job, when we picked him up we thought we had a new dog.
So pleased 10 out of 10.
Will definitely take him back when his fur becomes unruly.

The products itself are very, very good and the prices are ok, but what really impressed me is when I bought the wrong cage for my dog, they refunded me immediately. A+++

Really well stocked, well priced pet store. The xl dog crate was €44 cheaper than petworld.

We visited for cat food, they have all the popular makes. Sell all products to keep cat healthy and have a good range of products like beds, toys, carry holders etc. Prices were very competitive too 😸

Had a small error with the price of my latest purchase. Discovered it when I got home. Went back to the store 5 days later and they sorted it like pros! Muchas gracias por tu ayuda y servicio excelente! 😘

Great collection, both 3 fish for the price of 2.

Nice selection of products and small selection of animals to buy, incl. birds, reptiles and fish. Was able to buy what I was looking for, principally advantix drops for dogs and bedding material for lovebirds.

Went early the vet was very understanding as I dont speak Spanish but not a big problem excellent

The prices are better than anywhere else and the store is well stocked. Friendly staff who are willing to help

Lots of products, really nice and helpful staff (who didn't mind when our dog had a little accident in store!) and really reasonable prices, especially if you find a voucher online

Great pet supply store. Has everything one could possibly need to buy for a pet. Even has a veterinary section (although I did not ever use it). I’ve also see that they occasionally have animals there for adoption.
