Were very good with our older dog. He had to have a knee operation. They were very kind and kept us informed at all times. All went well and he was back to normal after 6 weeks "rest".

Still got our little one with us thanks to the good work they do here.

Good vet there and expert diagnosis and advice given. Ongoing treatment will be required for our dog.

Went with a friend to help with her sick dog at 23.00. The vet was waiting at the door for us. Very quickly examined with x-rays and scans. First class service.

Absolutely wonderful. They are an amazing team. Our little Tara had an operation, and they were so good to her and us. Thank you all. Trish &Tara

We would like to thank all of the great veterinary staff at Guardamar hospital for treating our dog Flora on several occasions including emergency admissions. All the staff are very competent and caring. Thank you. Paul & Flora

Very happy with the Vet service. Prices are always reasonable, and the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and speak surprisingly good English.

We've now signed up for a membership plan for a discount on upcoming surgery for our dog, and the benefits applied immediately, with our consultation fee for this visit being reduced to 0.

Sadly our dog Harvey passed away the vetenary staff down stairs where excellent and the staff in veterpet in Almoradi are excellent especially Cristina on reception but the lady on reception at Guardamar Veterpet is very cold and has no empathy the gentleman that was beside her knew it was an emergency and sent us down stairs straight away. We have been to Guardamar Veterpet quite a few times and everytime the lady on reception has been very cold, she is obviously not an animal lover. Overall the service in both places 5 stars apart from the lady on reception

Only place I would go with my dogs.

Caring vets
Unfortunately we had to have our 23 year old cat put to rest early December 2021. The vet and staff at Quesada branch couldn't have been more sympathetic and understanding. They made time to get us in to see the vet urgently. The vet herself (sorry don't know her name) was so kind - informing us throughout the sad time - not rushed at all - giving us plenty of time to say goodbye.
We have been registered with this branch for nearly two years now since we relocated to Spain - with our cat and chocolate Labrador. We would recommend them - we have never had a problem getting an appointment and the charges are cheaper than we used to pay in the UK. We haven't used the Hotel yet, but are planning to book our Labrador to stay for a few days in February.

We made the horrible decision to put our gorgeous Kerry Blue Terrier, Bluebelle, to sleep. She was greatly loved by my wife and me and taking her on her last journey in a strange country was both surreal and heartbreaking. The vet was really very supportive and was kind to Bluebelle and us - we could not have asked for more.

Too much great things to say about this place. Food had been consistently good on the 3 times I have been. As has the service and ambience .

Friendly vet who was able to put my nervous dog, who normally doesn't like strange men, completely at ease. The vet spoke English. Treatment was fast and everything was explained clearly and in a manner that could be understood. Despite the late hour the price of the treatment was reasonable.

All of the staff are amazingly friendly, professional and caring; most speak English. I couldn't ask for a better place and people to look after our dogs. All the more so following a recent emergency. They also have a dog hotel if you need to go away for a whole and a convenient shop for pet food, bedding, toys, leads etc.

Visit for the first time with our very sick dog who had been diagnosed with a life limiting illness in the UK. Unfortunately he had declined rapidly and nothing could be done. Both the vets we saw treated us with empathy and kindness through this sad time.

Emergency service used at the weekend. Staff very friendly and explained procedure required. Got the job done well. Prices reasonably for out of hours service. My cat was very well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service would like to thank all the staff involved in trying to save our fabulous dog called JACK who passed away on Saturday 12th. Thanks again from Jack's mum and dad. Miss him alot 🐕🐕
