I visited IQOS last August with a red light issue also the second cigarette doesn't last longer than 2 minutes!
Here's what happened by the time I drank my (free) Espresso;

The employee had detected the fault within my device.
He replaced the case with a new one.
Cleaned the blade.
Offerred me a new (free) mouthpiece and saved me 200 pounds as mine was stuffed.
Explained how to effectively maintain it.

Make sure to ask for that employee called (George). He was fast, efficient, polite and did it all with a smile...

The best place to buy an IQOS device, staff are very experienced and there is maintenance there for the devices

Had an excellent experience there! Was greeted professionally by Malek, he helped solve my problem instantly, i had an issue with my device so i was quite grumpy, but the staff and experience was wonderful.

I want to share the very good experience i had at Iqos Arkan branch with a guy with a hair bun, he was very supportive & explained everything with passion, patience& knowledge. At first, i thought he was trying to sell me the iqos device but then he convinced me with the pros of the iqos & i had a great experience. On a side note, i had a nice free Espresso at the booth offered by him.
