Blaze - Madinaty

The overall vibes of the restaurant are very calm and welcoming. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience and are particularly thankful for the young waiter, Abdulrahman. He was incredibly kind and courteous and truly elevated the experience.

I took one star off on my rating for the food because although very high quality and delicious, some elements such as spice and flavour are lacking a little. The portion sizes are very big and if you're not ravenous, one dish can feed two people.

If anyone would like a recommendation, I'd say give the cordon bleu a try, as well as the chicken spinach roll. For sandwiches, the philly cheesesteak sandwich. The drinks were really great as well, in particular the strawberry mojito and the boom soda.

Overall, dare I say, this is one of the best restaurants I've come across in Egypt.

The atmosphere is amazing, overlooking open air mall lake.
Service is nice.
Concerning the food it was tasty. Yet the truffle mushroom soup was lacking the taste of truffle.
Cordon bleu was great, the chicken was perfectly fried, mashed potatoes were amazing and sauté veggies were so nice and unique.
Taco salad was nice but didn’t meet my high expectations.
Tex mex pasta was okay, the cheese sauce was very bland, and it wasn’t so flavorful.
Quesadillas were so nice, if you’re wonder what to order it’s a safe bet.

To be honest; they exceeded my expectations the staff were really Welcoming , the atmosphere was really NICE and the FOOD OMG ITS WAS REALLY DELICIOUS I give them 10/10 ❤❤
Before leaving we received an amazing, delicious desert it’s was on the restaurant a really nice gift ❤

Food is great, service was awesome. They allowed as to get the breakfast eventhough we were 30minutes late. The food presentation is good and the taste doesn’t disappoint. The outdoor view is awesome on a fine day.

Staff are so nice and very kind specifically Tariq and Samir, my son will never forget his 10th birthday as they sang for him and celebrated with us. They're Amaziiiiiing 10/10
