Chicken Shop

In my opinion, El Sharkawy is the best local restaurant in Dahab. Staffs are very nice, the service is fast, and foods are awesome. It's famous as "Chicken place", but in the first place, their Egyptian rice cooked with vermicelli is the best in Dahab for me. Also, other menus like Kofta, Meat tagine, Beans in tomato sauce for vegetarian option, seasonal Moroheiya soup are all very good!

Super friendly and welcoming, cooked delicious fresh chicken and kofta served with an assortment of soup, rice,salad, tahini and bread.

Quick service, fairly cheap (75 EP for half chicken), everything tastes good, lots of sides come with it and it's fairly cool inside. No complains from me.

Among several similar places in the city - first class. Delicious and cheap chickens. They are stuffed with spicy fillings of onions, which gives the meat a unique flavor.
Additions to dishes of different quality - it happened that I got unwashed vegetables, but otherwise quite tasty. I recommend a meat stock - very aromatic and expressive in taste.

Honestly just horrible. Place was dirty. Chicken was stale and definitely from yesterday, cold on the inside and hard as a rock, staff did not care and the vegetables and soup were swimming in oil.
