Great quality of products combining practicality of use, comfortable seating, together with a fun yet elegant diverse set of designs. They also have such a decent well trained staff with great customer service manners and they even try to advance the delivery as requested where possible.
The only drawback for me was in the actual delivery timing being pushed up to a day and a half versus the initial agreement and it goes back to them over committing on the requested advanced delivery date and thus fire fighting with the need to work final touches last minute. Overall still comparatively one of the best showrooms or furniture places I dealt with in Egypt.

I bought a bedroom and 2 chandeliers from Cairo branch, and some accessories from their North Cost branch. I had a pleasant experience both times, if you are looking for out of the box, elegant designs, then I highly recommend this place. Another perk, if you like a design but need to customize the dimensions they can do it, it takes some time in this case, but totally worth the wait.

Just received my brand new bed and bedside tables from Maquam. Lovely, elegant design, solid wood and of course Egyptian made. The whole experience from my first visit to the showroom to installation was very smooth. Impressed with the service: professional and efficient.

Installation took long time, almost the whole day. But at the EOD they make sure that each piece in its correct place.

Been a customer for a several years now, most of my new home furniture is from there..had an excellent experience; starting from the room layout and design, selecting textiles and colors and lately the accessories ... its not a furniture store, its way more. People are very helpful, patient and flexible..
One more key thing to acknowledge, committing to delivery times, which is something very rare to find..

Actually it's a marvellous experience we had with Maqaam designs, I have never seen such an inovative designs, fine finished wood quality and acuret delivery in Egypt like I have seen in Maqaam design house .

محل جميل من أول ما فتحوا.. شياكةمع شغل عربي.. كل حاجتهم جميلة والأسعار غالية شوية... بس تستاهل.. الأضاءات تحف فنيه..شغل شباب مع التأثير بالشغل القديم بدخول النحاس والصدف وشغل الخشب المحترم..
التعامل راقي ومحترم.. وخصوصا مع المهندس باسم..
