Great gym at a great price and open 24 hours! Plenty of room and equipment for your workout and usually not crowded. They also rent bikes and the massages are fantastic. Ramy is a good guy and he made our trip wonderful. 5 stars!

The outside space is a real treat, the cooling breeze makes such a nice change from sterile gyms. Plenty more equipment inside too.

This Gym is Great wish it was in London England. Old school but best equipment machine to metal dumbbells. It’s 24 hours! Great music didn’t use my headphones while time. Friendly owner real and genuine and assistant PT trainer so friendly nice and not fake. Inexpensive covert it in your money join and start pumping 👍👍👍👍

At Hammer Gym I really feel like home: a simple, clean, well attended gym, with a qualified and friendly staff . As a foreign woman, I feel very comfortable to train there as everyone is very respectful. The main figure of the gym is the coach Ramy. He is an professional and empathic person, that I warmly recommended as a personal trainer. I gain 3 kg of muscles in 4 or 5 months with a tailor made training

Best Gym in Dahab and Egypt. My friend and I were looking for a gym while on holiday in Dahab. This gym is open 24/7 and is very cheap. The owner Ramy is a brilliant coach and very professional. He is always there if needed for help with perfect technique. Give this gym a chance and you won't be disappointed.
Just wish this gym was in England, as long as Ramy was running it.

I go to the gym sometimes. The host Ramy is always friendly and helpful, making the process of working out much more enjoyable. The equipment at the gym is well-maintained and the variety is pretty good. There is pretty much everyting you need. The location is awesome, fare is only 50 Le which is more than affordable.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work out.
