King Chicken

The place is very important and authentic Egyptian food in Dahab as it's one of ghe oldest and famous restaurants in Dahab.

It never disappoints, it has the best fried chicken 🐔🍗 in Dahab.

You have to try the broasted chicken as well, as it's very good and delicious.

I also like to have the Bechamel pasta, the Fried Pigeons, Molokhya, Mahshy. These are the best plates to order.

We tried recently the Broasted Chicken and it was amazing 😍

Highly recommended all time of the year, this is on my list every time I visit Dahab.

Here you have a choice between traditional Arabic Roast Chicken or Kentucky Bredcrumbed Deep Fried Chicken. The traditional Arabic Chicken comes with rice and a starter soup with a side salad, bread, bean soup, and houmous. Half a roast chicken or a quarter...you choose. A delicious chicken dish, whether you choose the Arabic way or the Western Kentucky Fried chicken option. A selection of kebabs and kinds of pasta too.

So so good!
The restaurant was packed (with a short wait), while all the others around were half full.
It’s on a pedestrian street so there is lots of activity around-but you don’t get much time to soak it in because the food came quick, and once it did we were busy stuffing our faces and talking about how good it was!
The fried chicken was very good, as were the free mezze and grilled meats! Delish!

When it comes to dining in Dahab, King Chicken is my go-to restaurant.

1. This half-chicken meal for 150 EGP. French fries cost 30 EGP. 1/4 Chicken Meal costs 100 EGP.

2. They have amazing Molokheya, Kabab, Kofta, and Fried Chicken. You can change the meal rice with Yellow/Basmati/Macaroni.

3. You can eat indoor with AC, beware there's no wheelchair entrance, but you can enjoy your meal outdoor.

4. Clean, super fast, and - professionally - handle the crowd.

This is the oldest chicken specialty in dahab the food their chicken is tasty and tender , they offer all kinds d of chiken types same as KFC 🍗 😋.
The place is outdoor this is somehow good for people and some don't like to be exposed.
They have a small indoor too.

Simple, but great! The portions were big and the chicken was crispy. If you ask it hot, it will be hot.

A good place with various options and great quality with very acceptable prices
Fried chicken is very good but a pit oily
Grilled chicken is very good also
Kofta is not the best thing but its acceptable
Red sauce pasta was surprisingly good and so close to be a homemade one
Kabab and shish chicken are amazing items

Service quality varies but the food was darn good, the mixed grilled was great especially the beef + the fried chicken

Real good and cheap. Kind personnal. Egyptian food ! Eat out share your meal with kind cats!

Amazing food, their chicken’s seasoning and crispiness is actually much better than restaurants in the city like Cairo!
Service is quick and detail-oriented. Staff will go so far to please you and make sure your experience is good.
Lively atmosphere, always full with customers and their seatings are divided to two sides so it doesn’t get too busy on one side which I think is clever.

Best fried chicken in Dahab.

Great food and great prices. The chicken sandwiches were well made.

Restaurant offres a set menue for a while meal of rice, vegetables (or macaroni), soup, salad and chicken or meat. Food is great and good value for money. If you hate eating on the open street, dogs and cats harassing you for a piece then you won't like it there

One of the best place to eat in Dahab. Recommend with all 5 stars. Been there since 2015 and it is still the best. Great value for money

Lovely place for me, good food, reasonable price, good quality good quantity but the waiting time will be very bad specially if you are big group
You must try molokhyia their it is amazing best molokhyia not made at home ever.
The seats outside you will find friendly dogs want to share with you if you have fair of dogs don't site outside

They have a pasta option, and I am sure it's good given the number of people I saw ordering it, but do yourself a favor and get the chicken, it's in the name after all. Place was recommended to us by an expat friend and a random cab driver at the bus station in Taba. He said there are many good chicken places in Dahab, but there was only one king. He was right. It was a long wait and you kind of have to loiter and grab your own table when one frees up, but definitely worth it!

Best chicken I've had in Egypt. Get the coal 1/2 chicken set meal, the top one on the menu.

One od the best restaurant for friend chicken in Dahab that beats kfc of course..they have 2 floors and food takws 20 min to be served or less if its nit crowded. Prices are okay and not over rated..i ate 4 pieces of fried chicken meal and small plate of Tarb and paid 200 EGP. The good thing is the have variety in the menu nit only fried..they have good barbeque meals too
