The Heavenly Spa at The Westin Cairo Resort & Spa Katameya Dunes

I love the fact that you can use their wet area for four hours before or after your massage. The pool is supposed to be heated but it was still too cold for me during winter. They do have a water spa right beside it that’s super warm and nice. And their bed is also heated during winter. Maybe you can just ask the masseuse to regulate the heat according to your preference.

A gym with the necessary equipment for your workout during your stay at the hotel. An indoor pool heated to 29 degrees and a spa to relax after your fitness session.

The Heavenly Spa is One of the best in Cairo from all aspects very clean, highly professional and decent stuff especially friendly receptionist, T.K and Hossam, the facilities are well maintained and routinely cleaned plus the lounge and hospitality are perfect.
The indoor pool was amazing too.
The downside for me was the steam which is not active but they mentioned it as a Covid-19 precaution.
Overall my experience was very good and I will definitely do it again.

Definitely Yes... You can spend a quality time with your partner. Turkeys sauna, hot sauna, jakuzzi, nice pool, different types of massage, restaurants. Everyone speaks decent English there and they offer you possibilities to be memberships client. You have to tray it !

Great facilities and very professional staff. Islam front disk staff was very positive and attentive.sheima was great at massage. The showers and jacakozi were spacious. Very happy and will be back.
