I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. The hotel itself was quite impressive. The exterior had a modern and elegant design, and the interior was equally stylish. The common areas were well-maintained, and the ambiance was welcoming.

The receptionist, Islam, at the hotel played a crucial role in shaping my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and friendly. He efficiently handled the check-in process, ensuring that I had all the necessary information about the hotel and its services.

Throughout my stay, Islam was always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. He was knowledgeable about the local area and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.

Thank you Islam (the receptionist) for the outstanding service you provided during my recent stay. The warm welcome and professional demeanor made a significant positive impression. You were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always greeted me with a smile, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Your readiness to assist with any inquiries or requests, demonstrated a high level of dedication and customer service. Your local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable and greatly enhanced my overall experience.

The staff is very helpful and hospitable, especially in the restaurant, they make sure for us to have the best experience as staying in the hotel.
I’d like to especially mentioning the head chef as he was so welcoming and a waiter girl called Farah.

It is such a relaxing atmosphere. Very organized. The breakfast was beyond amazing with lots of food variety. The staff generally and the ones in the breakfast hall specifically are very welcoming. The chef is very talented. The overall experience made graduation ceremony celebration more beautiful. Won’t be the last time.

The service was over the top outstanding. Loved literally everything about the stay.

I was served by the pool from the restaurant aqua chel by Omar, Mohamed, and Modesr. It is an absolutely stunning hotel and the views by the pool are beautiful. The service was even better, I highly recommend the Bloody Mary if you like spice. I will definitely return soon.

Such a luxurious hotel which is located in new Cairo near to the ring road. However, I didn’t like the parking. Although it’s not cheap , it doesn’t have any shades to form shadow for your car especially in the summer time. I hope the management of the hotel consider this note.

Had a late lunch at the leucca restaurant at their tables outside by the pool. The service was top class by my waiter Omar and the food was sublime. Highly recommended.

The food is super great! The chefs Bab al qasr are so accommodating as they made me lip smacking Koushari - an Egyptian street food.

Wael from housekeeping was so polite and courteous and did a great job with handling the room and housekeeping. Was kind enough to also help us find our way around! Amazing customer service and a jewel of the Kempenski.

Lucca restaurant had the best italian dishes you could taste. Great and friendly staff all around the hotel, and specially the staff at the restaurant. The waiter, Omar, was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely repeat the experience again.

Luca restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurants in Egypt, the staff also are very friendly. We had the waiter named Omar for the day and he was very nice and made our experience even better.

The Italian restaurant was amazing and the orders were delicious. The pizza is real Italian. Abdul rahman was very helpful and professional. Sure i will come many times again.
