The place really exceeded the expectations I had for it. I’ve been there twice — once for lunchtime and once for dinner time. Every time I leave a happy and satisfied customer. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is sweet, and the food is just splendid. I’m vegetarian — finding options for me was quite easy and I appreciate that. I can’t wait to come more often and try new dishes. I would’ve loved having a branch closer to where I live in Madinaty, but this is just worth the ride and the price.

I’ve had Tomato, Avocado & Mozzarella open faced sandwich with Apple Lemon Iced Tea one day. Another day I had Stir Fried Yellow Egg Noodles and Mint Iced Tea. I truly recommend both drinks and dishes. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Wonderful Place
Tried it for a week almost every day, all staff are elegant, caring and friendly
Morning shift with “Amira”, she is very welcoming and polite, offered excellent choices
Night Shift with “Ahmed” was very pleasant too despite being very busy but still cared a lot and was very polite

Gaby’s is my favorite dine in place at CFC. I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, the chic decor and the quality food and drinks served there. Talking about friendliness, Amera is very cooperative, always present and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s for my friends and circles.

Amira is a talented girl.
She asked to support while I was not interested to have breakfast, I was choosing between Paul and Gaby's .. from her supporting attitude and greeting lovely smile, I had my breakfast at "Gaby's".
Place is clean, staff attitude is very reasonable, uniforms are clean.
I will repeat this experience again.
