Palm Hills Club

The perfect gym to do your workout. I normally attend cross fit classes.
Staff is energetic, helpful and welcoming. Training class varies according to everyone's ability.
There are many times to attend classes from early mornings until late nights.
You dont have to be a palm hills member to join the gym.
Prices are considerably lower than other comparable gyms in the area. And sessions don't expire.
Sessions for Juniors only and ladies only are available as well

Training courses are good. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is great. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

Fabulous golf enhanced by our amazing companion Ahmed who looked after our every need. He was friendly, professional and great craic. Really made the experience fantastic. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I joined the club 6 months ago and it is amazing.
I love the Gym, pool, landscape, amenities, accessibility.
We enjoy it as a family, lunch on weekends is perfect at main restaurant.
Overall I am having a great experience and my kids will have amazing memories in here.

It's a really fancy club where you can find everything you want. The fields are taken care of, there are a lot of cafes and fresh markets. It's so spacious and clean. The bathrooms are in a nice condition. You'll love training there or even hanging out with your friends

This club offers its members a wide range of activities in a very safe environment for all its members whether they be sports practioners or simply meeting with friends. The swimming coaching I have experienced for my kids is outstanding and delivered by very friendly and qualified instructors. Really recommend this place.

As expected from Palm Hills in general, extremely friendly staff, with highly maintained facility.

Iftar here was a beautiful open buffet, from soup to salad to main course and dessert!
The view was amazing on the pool and the lake. Bean bags over the lake to enjoy the weather =)
Staff was decent and prices were very reasonable.

The best club house or sporting club you can find in all 6 October City, it has lovely social building and great view of green landscape, nice GYM and spa, tennis courts, football courts, many retails and commercial shops, lovely brand name cafes and restaurants, nice staff working their, I could recommended to all expats living or working at 6 October city as # 1 , Our E-Hotline 1639.tel

Amazing ♥

Modern décor and very appealing on the surface but leaves one wanting for more. Luxurious and posh, somewhat showy and a tad tasteless at times, this club is meant for the elite, yet not the utterly best. Certainly a target for those in its vicinity but impersonal!

Lovely place

It is a five-star club as it contains a lot of places inside , two restaurants and one Lebanese public and the other to offer any cuisine and there is the possibility of the joys and concert work and birthdays, and there is also a nursery and Spa, C and there are squash and no social building has a bar offering drinks Basic and there is a large area of three pools senior in the middle of a bar. This plus the free parking.
