Worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend to deal with their service at all. I have made a purchase Invoice number 498148621, on September 18th 2021 from store number 498 Yorkdale mall. I mentioned that I’m going to Egypt and I might need to exchange size and it has been made clear that I can do the exchange with no trouble.
I’m having a trouble here in Lacoste Cairo Festival city 52039 and they are refusing to do the exchange under Yaser Mohamed’s management. I explained that I just need to exchange the size.
I called the head office in Canada and they confirmed that it can be done as long as the tags are attached, I have the original receipt and I only exchange with the same item. The refusal is happening from Egypt end.
I’m really devastated to go through all this trouble with such great company. I just don’t understand why I would go through all this hassle just to exchange a size with a big name like Lacoste.
