Holiday Inn Cairo - Citystars, an IHG Hotel

Great design and well built 20 years old hotel. Coming into age, with things in place and a good team taking care.
Housekeeping is effective and nice.
Like to specially mention Ms. Yasmin, ADD reception host due to her presence, professionalism and nice approach towards guests and other staff.

Checked in late night as the flight was early morning. The reception was great and kudos to the concierge team who was excellent. Lobby had a live band which was a bit loud for late night but overall it was excellent. Breakfast was great as usual

I had an amazing experience at the hotel – easily one of the best I've visited. The way they catered to guests and the warmth of their reception made my stay truly enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Adham Sabry for his outstanding efforts during my time there. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the reception team was particularly friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel was delicious, and they maintain a high level of cleanliness. I had a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Centrally located, clean, and modern hotel. Room service is great, and staff are all professional and incredibly kind. I was always made to feel welcome by Guest Relations specialist Mary. Omar was great! He helped our stay be perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth taking. The food is really good with fresh juices and a gummy that makes falafel. I really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back again.

My experience at this hotel was excellent in every aspect. The hotel stands out with its beauty and the comfort of its rooms, but what truly impressed me was the outstanding service provided by the staff. I was received at 4:00in the morning bellboy manager. All outside welcome me to the location. Feel like a VIP the location was great. It was right in front of the Nile River. The inside of the hotel was luxury or 100%. They catered to your The food was great. The restaurant was lovely The food and the service was great. I would love to return

Amazing service , location and the rooms are gorgeous. The breakfast was really tasty and good. Mr. Omar during my check out was amazing, very very polite! We are definitely coming back!

I was staying at the Raddison blu and was not so impressed and tried the holiday inn citystars on the suggestion of a friend. I must say it was a joy to have stayed here for 4 days. Mary at guest relations did a commendable job at warmly and over generously making sure we were welcome and assisting us wit h all our queries. She also helped us with selecting a itinerary for our stay in Cairo and visit to Alex. Thanks to her we were able to make good our time in the city. Room service also was very prompt and the breakfast buffet is well served. Over all a pleasure to stay and will surely recommend my friends and family to visit.
