Great hotel/ resort. When you walk into the lobby, it is beautiful. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with anything you may need. The room service was excellent, and the room service menu was superb. This hotel will definitely stay our list for when we return.

Very classy and big hotel and shopping center. You will find here all possible services and things. If you come near big holidays pay your attention to the decorations. Staff is good and helpful.
Swimming pool, health club, and direct bridge to shopping center make your stay easy and comfortable.
A lot of halls can serve different purposes from weddings to Scientific Congresses.

The intercontinental city stars was a wonderful place to stay! Perfect amenities and restaurants! The breakfast is a feast so be sure to include that with your stay. Also top of the line restaurants within the hotel. Perfect! The staff is amazing and will make you feel like royalty!

Was an excellent day I have enjoyed it. The crew were very good. Food was nice at the breakfast rooms were renovated and clean. This is in the new renovated rooms. Ask for them and try to get them for free.

Really liked this hotel. Lovely seating area near reception and very nice Esplanade Cafe restaurant. Only stayed overnight but visited Bellinis cocktail bar for Happy Hour, with excellent staff. The pool area is really nice too and pool staff very helpful. All staff members we met were very attentive and helpful. Not sure about its location, hence 4 stars. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with many restaurants and it’s connected to the mall. I highly recommend for anyone’s stay in Cairo. Fady George had amazing customer service. We also loved their breakfast buffet.
