Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo

Just amazing - the service was fantastic, we had Abdo wait our table and he was so lovely, giving us little facts about different Egyptian treats and came out with complimentary desserts for us to try at the end. We ordered the seafood pasta and the Ragú pasta, both had beautiful flavours and the pasta was clearly homemade - delicious. Well priced as well! Great for a change from Egyptian food.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. Everything was so nice. Breakfast was fresh with great varieties. Let me to request coffee hot comes to the table. We stayed at the executive floor and enjoyed the executive lounge during the day. The lounge has variety of food, snacks, and drinks. Asmaa who helped us at the lounge was great and helped us in every possible way.

Our friend recommended us to stay here and honestly we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! It is beautiful inside, the staff is very nice, they have a wide variety of different restaurants (service is a little slow in those but it’s ok), and beds are very comfortable.

A big shoutout to Khaled in reception, he was so helpful and kind, he booked tours for us in three different days!! They were all great and my husband and I were all alone with a driver and a guide (who was an archeologist which made it so much more interesting - George- ask for him! The best). We don’t like being with big groups so this was perfect for us and they were same price than the ones you find online, so amazing deal!

This hotel is highly recommended to stay if you were in the area. Wonderful staff service, good food, spa services and beautiful outdoor pool. Easy in/ out for buses, vans, taxi, ubers

As a solo female traveler and vegetarian this hotel has been wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I showed up 1 day early on accident to my Egyptian tour plans. The hotel was able to accept me for an extra night at a fair price. They were also able to keep me in the same room for the tour days.

It is an excellent 5 star hotel in its area. Facilities, breakfast, bar, gym are great. Prices are convenient. Good for families, couples or businessmen. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night with our Exottica tour and the hotel was beautiful. Nice location to downtown Cairo.They had a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff was excellent, Highly recommend!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for the weekend and we loved it. The rooms are clean and big. The lounge happy hour was amazing. Asmaa Mohamed was amazing. I have loved staying at Sonestra Hotel very much. The Patio Restaurant is wonderful, and their staff exceptional! It has been so lovely waking up to incredible breakfast and service, especially from Heba Youssef and Andrew Heba. I am grateful to talk to them. 10/10!

From Abdul at the front desk at check in to the wonderful people in the Patio Restaurant at breakfast - including Andrew, who showed me how to make the bowl of ful as it is eaten in Egypt with tahini, fresh squeezed lemon juice, onion, etc (delicious!); Heba with smiles and good coffee, Hany with the mango juice!!— everyone so kind and helpful which contributed to w memorable stay here at Sonesta! surly have moved places but had never met a very comfortable, convenient place and peaceful place like this hotel . The rooms are super good , the breakfast at PATIO RESTAURANT in the hotel it’s really beautiful and amazing . HEBA YOUSSEF AND THE TEAM they SO KIND, welcoming, and loving people , they served us very well , every time coming by to check on us

Our stay was pleasant , we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel .. the employe Nour was really helpful and gave us a spectacular room with a great view of the pool .. the reception is very helpful with any questions we have regarding anything.. definitely coming to this hotel again ..
