I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mo Bistro, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the mouthwatering steak. Cooked to perfection, the steak was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a true delight for the senses.

Apart from the exquisite steak, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing recommendations that further enhanced the overall dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very inviting, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere perfect for a memorable meal.

Overall, my visit to Mo Bistro was nothing short of extraordinary, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful steakhouse experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

This restaurant has so many options on their menu. The food we ordered was beautifully, presented and delicious. The mojito drink was very filling and the size even better. The workers are very friendly and prompt.

The food is so tasty and very special but the desserts are not so much, the crème brulée was average and the dates tarte was over sweet we couldn't finish it

Mo Bistro is an exceptional restaurant in Cairo that I have visited twice. It is quite challenging for me to secure a reservation, which speaks to its popularity. Despite my high rating, I must address some of the downsides of my experience. I have sampled various dishes, including the steak, risotto, pasta, and lamb chunk. Their specialization in meat truly shines, making it perhaps the best option on their menu. Additionally, the beetroot salad was a delightful surprise, showcasing their prowess in creating flavorful salads. However, their dessert selection is limited, with only the yam and tiramisu standing out. The portions are generous, especially for those with hearty appetites, and a single plate suffices after the main course.

One standout dish was the Australian lamb, which was expertly prepared and boasted incredible flavors. The slow-cooked lamb had a remarkable tenderness, complemented by a well-executed rice dish topped with a crust of fried onions, nuts, and raisins. The combination of flavors was truly outstanding, and the accompanying sauce added a perfect balance of sweetness and butterness. The portion size was notably substantial, resulting in a truly satisfying and hearty meal.

However, I do have concerns regarding the service at Mo Bistro. The waitstaff appears to be overwhelmed and understaffed, making it challenging to receive prompt attention. It is necessary to call them for assistance, as they do not proactively check on patrons. The overall customer service experience could be improved, as it is not solely about the food. On multiple occasions, I had to request water three times before it eventually arrived at my table. Even when I pointed out the delay, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The waitstaff lacked a friendly demeanor and seemed excessively serious, which detracted from the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that diners seek. Considering the prices at Mo Bistro, I expected a higher level of attentiveness to my needs and desires while dining. It is essential to address these service-related shortcomings to enhance the overall experience for customers. A full restaurant and busy waitstaff should not be an excuse for difficulties in flagging down a waiter.

The food and servers are great but there is always a waiting list so maybe reserve before going or you can wait your turn when you arrive.

Genuinely my favourite restaurant ever the quality of everything served here is insane and the speed at which you served is very impressive.

Amazing food, highly recommend their ribs. Tiramisu is great. Usually overpacked on nights and weekends and gets really busy.

Definitely one of the top casual restaurants in cairo. Lamb shoulder and carpaccio were amazing. Staff is well trained and friendly. Highly recommended especially if you’re meat-lover 👌

We have ordered the flanksteak for 2 , portions were surprisingly good, taste was so good as well but what I loved the most was the service and hospitality which was so professional, everyone of the staff seem to know what they are doing which is something I don’t see so often in cairo, Highly recommend that place for a casual dining experience .

Superb food, superb service. We last visited for Ramadan iftar which is usually an extremely busy and hectic operation for any restaurant. Everything went really well from the reservation process to the food which was exceptional as always.

Their Greek yoghurt parfait is awesome and rich.
Mongolian chicken is great and the sauce is perfect.
Beef noodles is great as well.
Lemon chicken pasta is ok but a bit heavy and full of butter
Mac&cheese is good but I’m not a big fan of it in general.

The service was great. The outdoor area is very nice. The portion of food was very satisfying. I tried the Moroccan chicken plate which is served with koskosi. Prices are above average but the quality of food is really nice. Overall experience worth the trial.

From my experience it’s one of the best restaurant in town. the service is great the food comes fast absolutely amazing 😉. We ordered Salmon Ravioli, Chicken Souvlaki, Murgh Makhni Butter Chicken, Cordon Bleu and Mac N Cheese and I recommend the Cordon Bleu. everything is amazing the service,staff and the food I would love to thank you for the experience.
I experienced it’s busy on The Eid so and a bit busy on Thursday so if you want to enjoy this awesome restaurant go visit it on Sunday till Wednesday and skip Holidays!

Bistro is one the last remaining semi-casual fine dining restaurants available in town which serves a gastronomical experience.
The quality of the ingredients is amazing. The staff is very well trained and very nice.

Overall, its One of the best places you can enjoy your time there, great service and amazing, tasty food.
