Best online experience i ever had in Egypt. Never thought we have this level of professionalism and customer care in Egypt. I live abroad so paid online and reached out to Daisy on whatsapp. Omar was very accomodating, providing me with an above and beyond customer service. I ordered two bouquets. When i made the order, the place had shortage on fresh flowers needed for one of the bouquets. Omar replaced that kind with a better & higher quality flowers at no additional cost (although its almost double the price of the original kind). He also ensured that i liked the bouquets before sending them out. I can’t speak of how fresh and great looking the flowers are. The order was delivered so soon that i was also surprised at how active and passionate they are about what they do.
