Balance Gym (Emerald Twin Plaza)

One of the best Gym I've ever tried, It has the best prices and facilities, also trainers are professionals and know how to motivate u right...and the Jacuzzi is always working and ready to jump in....I recommended it strongly 😉

Great gym. Variety of machines. Good space. Good price for a great value

I tried nearly all of the gyms in Nasr City and the two that I liked the most where Balance and World gym. But I renewed my membership in Balance because I could access any balance gym in Cairo. Balance was also cheaper and world gym wasn't worth the difference
