We had a couple’s massage here a few days ago in the afternoon - it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The reception welcomed us, and took us to the waiting area, where we we received by our massage therapists who led us into the changing and massage rooms.

The changing room is adequately sized, and includes a safe for your valuables. You’re provided with some undergarments, sandals, and a robe. And once you’re ready, you ring a gong!

The couples massage begins with a foot wash, followed by an hour or 1.5 hour Swedish-style massage. The massage room is lovely and serene, and masseuses are calm, and good at what they do (I like medium-hard pressure as I’m used to sports therapy massages, but my wife prefers soft to medium pressure).

My only comment would be that for a couples massage - the two tables are quite far apart. So really it just feels like you’re getting a massage by yourself.

This is the best spa I’ve visited in Egypt, and one of the best massages and spa experiences I have had period. I booked a 60min Moroccan bath and 90 min Balinese massage. Everything was perfectly timed and I was made to feel like royalty the whole way through. The massage by Made was authentically Balinese style and she took her time and used slow and firm pressure, checking in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was that she took the time to wash and sanitize her hands before massaging my face. Unfortunately not as common a standard as you would hope! The spa was all extremely hygienic and in fact I had the entire place to myself :) After the massage I was invited to rest in the lavish lounge with a ginger tea and not rushed to leave just because my treatment was over.
10/10- I can’t wait to return soon!

Amazing deep tissue massage experience with NI LUH. I would love to come back again.

We had an amazing experience at the spa after a long flight from home. We went with deep tissue relaxation massage and scalp massage. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are complimentary for hotel guests. Clean showers, excellent service!! A must visit!!
