TOLIP Golden Plaza Hotel

Nice hotel with a great location, I liked the hotel as well as all the facilities, the room was tidy, and the food was delicious , the wifi needs to be improved. I would thank Omar from the reception very much for his kindness and cooperation.

The Tolop Golden Plaza is a beautiful hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale hotel that is affordable. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

I would like to thank the room service staff, especially the room attendant, Mohamed Yassin, and the manager, Miss Fatima Salah, for the attention and excellent cleanliness. Beautiful hotel, excellent location. First visit and will definitely be repeated.

The service of Ali and Fatma the housekeepers are top tier and very respectful. They kept the room clean and tidy. No complaints there

I stayed at this hotel for about a week in June.

The rooms and bathroom are clean, modern, and spacious. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were available well into the night (12AM and 2AM for example).
I was extremely impressed by the service/rooms and would 100% stay here again if i visit Cairo in the future. The location is also extremely convenient as it's a <5 min drive from CityStars which has pretty much anything you'd imagine being in a mall (multiple cinemas, restaurants, cafes, huge food court, international shopping brands, play areas for kids, and an indoor skiing area).
Hotel staff was also really helpful with directing Uber drivers to the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is also guarded by security/there are security checks for all card entering the hotel grounds.
The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. There was an egg station where you could request omelets with different ingredients. Pancakes are also available in addition to lots of other breakfast options you'd choose to have.
Travel adapters are cheap and available at the front desk.
REALLY REALLY impressed by everything about this hotel. I had a great stay.

Very nice Hotel even though breakfast is not the best
The only friendly staff is Mr Tharwat and he was always asking if everything is okay or if we need anything the rest of the staff , basically just doing their job

The receptionists are very welcoming with smily face.
