Great Experience in Luxury Hotel and you will find warm welcome from the staff with smile on their faces and the staff are professional and everything is perfect and the room is more than beautiful and amazing and you will enjoy the most delicious food and you will enjoy also the great sight of the Baron Empain's Palace and you will find peace and tranquility in this place and the breakfast is very rich and in the end the experience is very worthy.

Great service and help from the staff to keep our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before our flight home! The view rooms are worth it!!!

Baron Hotel Heliopolis will always be a charm. I always enjoy staying there. Rooms are very comfortable but I would recommend new carpets and curtains.

Baron hotel service changed a lot to be much better than previously.i have enjoyed and my family too .
Will be back again and will recommend the destination to all my friends.

Excellent hotel but in a very crowded place

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are very clean, The accommodation is well furnished, staff are extremely friendly and cooperative. Breakfast buffet was also really good. The location is not great most of the stores are near. Kudos to Baron's team.

Excellent hotel in a great location which made it easy to get around to different places. Most times 20 minutes. The view was stunning. Upon arrival at the airport we were warmly welcomed and guided through immigration until our shuttle. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Toiletries are provided as well as coffees, sugars and water. Housekeeping came as well without needing to be asked. Breakfast was lovely. There’s lots of variety. Room service menu is also great and the portions are good. Prices are also decent. Would definetely recommend this hotel. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff and amenities are too notch as well. The gym and sauna are very nice, the breakfast is robust and delicious, the view of the palace is nice, and the area is nice to walk around. I came here as an escape from my hotel in Giza, it was the right decision.

Ola Ismat is a very good housekeeper. She always leaves the room very tidy and smelling fresh. Ask for her when you come into the baron hotel

Ambience + Location. Lovely. (So far)

More a business than a holiday hotel but perfect for our trip requirements. We did book a better than standard room with palace view. We found reception staff a bit disorganized and uninterested but we expected that from previous reviews. Nevertheless we would stay here again for access to downtown and the airport. With Uber costing only 60egp each way. Rooms are clean if a little dated but on par with price of other Cairo hotels which are expensive compared to other costs of visiting Egypt. Dinner and breakfast buffet very good but mind the dangerous step in the dining area. Exactly as other reviews say it to be. Four star and comfortable.

The place is quite and calm, you will really enjoy your stay whether you stay for work or for tourism.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect too, varieties and many items are found.

You will enjoy the view on the baron palace , the view is incredible at night you can hang out in the nearby area and you will find anything you want

Great and quiet place. The housemaid Rania, a nice Egyptian lady, and the receptionist Kiroulos were quite helpful and friendly.

Neat tidy rooms and good location.
I went for a business trip to Cairo and stayed in this hotel for 7 days.
Good things:
1. Good location, just 15 mins from Cairo airport. Good place to walk around the hotel, there are lot of coffee shops and small restaurants near this hotel.
2. Good spread of breakfast with fresh fruits, vegetables and bread options.
3. Neat and tidy rooms. Everyday they clean the room. Everyday new toiletries provided.
4. They have bar and it's expensive.
This is not a luxurious hotel with fancy interiors, this is a good hotel for business travelers and tourists too.
Note:
1. If you are looking for fancy hotel or something nearby Nile river, this is not the hotel for you.
Overall, i had good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have been to the hotel's patisserie shop. Best patisserie in town really. A bit expensive but it deserves the money.
