Horrible experience! Horrible customer service! This picture shows the acrylic refill after only 7 days! They will not admit that they did anything wrong even though the issue is not individual, it happened to my friend who went with me on the same day to have the same service.
I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

The place and management seems to have been changed. Wasn't really very pleasant experience, I used to be a customer at Vanilla for many years, but this time it felt like less than mediocre, from the minute we stepped into the place and meet the receptionist which was careless and very arrogant and couldn't even break a little smile, broken foot tubs, the place became old, time for a refurbishment and some 101 basic customer service would help maybe.
