Unprofessional, I had an appointment for follow up and after i arrived , the doctor wasn’t there cause she is off !! No body called to reschedule my appointment !!
They apologized , that’s not enough cause I can’t take another appointment cause I will travel . now , I have to start with another doctor.

Unacceptable waiting time. I was asked to come half an hour early and ended up waiting for almost an hour for my turn.
They don’t answer the phone either. Very unprofessional in this regard.

They do the worst facials ever. Their masks are full of chemicals and they all made my face burn. The blackheads extraction was very painful (much more than usual) that I asked the specialist to stop and not continue. I didn’t even feel I got the masks suitable for my skin. I have done many facials in different places and this is literally the worst I have got. This was supposed to be a kind of a pampering experience but instead I walked out of it very irritated and disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

Before you go (which I would not recommend!), make sure you choose:

1) the exact doctor you want to do the treatment with, because not all doctors are on the same level of knowledge and experience, I have seen exceptional doctor first time I went, then really bad one, then a good one. 2) do you own research on the aftermath of the requested procedure as they do not elaborate on the side effects because they want you to pay money.

I wanted a refreshed skin, I was advised to do the booster injections, and ended up with bruises and swollen face, they say it’s normal, and I am still waiting for it to heal (blue bruises under my eyes!) but I was not notified about it about the procedure.

And when I complained about it, I was told that it was my fault for knowing that in advance, and they were so defensive about the doctor and did not work on actually making their service better for their clients by listening/apologizing/acknowledging.

I am grateful for Dr. Sarah for trying to make the situation better for my skin. However, I do not appreciate how I was also gaslighted about my experience and complains and I also expected any managerial level reaction to apologize or acknowledge mistakes happening rather than blaming on me not knowing the aftermath and blindly defending the doctor.

The whole experience is not what you would expect when you pay this ridiculous amount of money. It’s very rushed and follow the fast speed beauty making machine principles (30 mins per client, even if you have several issues and even if you pay 12k!)

Insane low standards really..

i’ve been advised not to come here by multiple people. and i wish i listened. this is a clinc, and it’s the bare minimum that the receptionist are well informed about the full procedure and the pre and post care. especially pre, as firstly youre not able to ask the doctor yourself and then there are some medications and such that are known to cause of problems. so not only are they not informed properly, they also lack the ability to take appointments. even if the doctor is running quite late with the patient before you, a call in advance to let you know that the dr won’t be able to see you for more than an hour. so as i respected the time they gave me and was prompt, they had no respect for my time.

Please consider this 1 star a zero.

I thought sharing this with other people as I can’t help but think that there is a dermatologist in this clinic is still up there injecting people and can ruin their planned occasions.

So let me start by this, I’ve had 2 botox injections at zo clinic before and had amazing results. This time I did it for my engagement. I wanted to treat my forehead lines (about 2 small lines that show up when I raise my eyebrows), I didn’t have the chance to go to the dermatologists that I’ve had botox with them before so, trusting all the dermatologists at this clinic, I’ve had an appointment with someone I don’t know. When I went there, I was clear that I don’t want anything to affect my eyes.

She started injecting me and then when I went to pay, I realized it was 4x more than the last two appointments. It was ok. I paid and left. 4 days later I noticed that both my eyebrows have dropped, resulting in having hooded eyes, a very heavy weight in my forehead and that it’s simply frozen. Also I’ve noticed that one eyebrow dropped more than the other brow. So my face was asymmetrical. My face simply looked angry and ugly.

I reached the clinic via instagram and the branch manager called me, she said that she understands my frustration and I booked an appointment with one of the dermatologists I’ve had injections with before. When I went there, she told me that there’s nothing she can do but to wait. I realized that this time I was injected with 40 units of botox, while the other 2 times I was only injected with 10 units!!! That’s 4x more than the amount of botox I need!! I asked for my money back and they immediately returned the money because they know exactly what happened!

I’ve postponed my engagement to god knows when. My face still looks ugly and it’s been 3 weeks now. I can’t stay silent about this. Her name is Laila El Galaly. The branch was Waterway 2, New Cairo, Egypt.

In addition to that, throughout the three weeks, I’ve experienced swelling in my eyelids, redness around my eyes, redness inside my eyes, and tears that drop constantly with no reason. I even went to the hospital to check on my eyes!!

What a shame…

If I can put less than one star I would have done it. Ugly ugly place from every aspect and horrible unrepeatable experience from every aspects. Totally unprofessional front desk staff, they give overlapping appointments and mess up the order so you end up waiting for more than two hours with a tittle disrespecting attitude then you deal with totally inexperienced junior group of doctors that are literally learning in their patients. I totally don’t recommend this place to any one.

Its very disappointing it was awful the doctor’s week and was very disappointed for facial cleaing
