Initially, I called to book the game for a group of 5, seeking details about the theme and price etc. Shortly after, I called again to ask if we could add two more persons and come earlier, and they agreed.

Upon arrival with a total of 7 people, including my 13-year-old brother and 52-year-old mom, along with cousins, we were informed that we'd be divided into two groups due to the 6-person maximum per room. This was contrary to our expectation of staying together. When I questioned why this wasn't communicated earlier, it seemed they wanted to avoid a cancellation.

Disappointed, my sister left, leaving us with a group of 6. She emphasized the importance of mentioning the maximum number per room for future bookings. The staff, however, didn't apologize. Instead, he insisted he did nothing wrong. Only after explaining that he should've clarified the group separation when I called did he grasp the issue. Still, no apology was offered, and his demeanor remained arrogant and unprofessional. Our family day was, unfortunately, ruined by this experience. I cannot recommend this escape game.
