We went to eat. Atmosphere was very nice. They have own names for food and waiter kindly explained what each food contains. Also they have little shop where you can buy self-made bread, snacks and souvenirs. Food was delicious and you can choose a table outside or inside. Prices were also reasonable. Location is also perfect. Because there is no other restaurant and iif you vist Ice Age Center or Elistvere Animal Park then this restaurant is perfect place to eat.

Amazing restaurant! We loved the food and the interior 🤩 I have only a short video of the terrace, but truly, it’s the best place to eat on the way to Tartu! The pancakes with jam and ice cream taste more like waffles, are sooo crispy and puffy! Fried chicken with potatoes from kid’s menu is just jummy! Service is polite and fast 🌞Certainly will be back when again in that area!

Wonderful place and lovely kitchen!

Found it accidentally by exploring less traveled roads. What a wonderful café with all of its interior, excellent service, food, drinks and atmosphere! We could even buy a fresh, warm and just baked bread made with smoked meat. Also different handmade craft beers, ciders and juices were sold there. Really beautiful and tasty cakes and many more handmade things are waiting you! Go visit this place and find all this and more out by yourself!. (Updated 05.08.22). If it changed then only for better. There's still warm welcoming for their guests and delicious food.

One of the few places to eat in the middle of Vooremaa - a short distance from Elistvere loomapark and Saadjärve villages.

Food was honest, servicing was quick and positive. Prices were higher than the more basic pubs in rural Estonia, but then again it is more like a restaurant.

If you want absolutelly autentic grandmather's taste, this is the right spot to come.
And prices are below average

A really cosy place right beside the road. We sat outside under the marquis on a really sunny summer day. The place has a a real estonian kind of a interior and looks new, enjoyed it totally. Menue was simple but you'll definitely find your favourite. Food was brilliant and host really friendly. For tourists I think a must visit place if you want a local experience. Highly recommended! Thank you for offering us great lunch!
