We did the Islands’ Degustation Menu and wine pairings - such a lovely way to experience the islands cuisine! Our waiter (Pedro) did a fantastic job guiding us through the experience.

We had a delicious dinner here. The setting is lovely, with floor to ceiling windows. Our waiter was amazing. It’s probably the best service I’ve ever had.

Loved the service! The guy was very amusing! The fireplace had live fire in it and the atmosphere was super lovely. You could see the Ox' from the tiny windows having lunch of their own.

Extremely tasty, cooked with local ingredients. Beautifully​ served cuisine! Expensive (dinner: 5 courses 90€ or 3 courses 70€. Plus drinks on top) You can try chef's table - nine courses 130€. Reservation is needed. We really enjoyed the experience

Amazing food and truly unique in every side! Lots of love, wisdom and experience based in every dish, service is exceptional and atmosphere leaves you breathless! If possible have a long degustation menu. PS: In the mornings the breakfast is so different from the normal hotel ones and makes you sooo happy!!!

BEAUTIFUL. Great food, great service, and beautiful, thoughtful touches. We had some food allergies in our group, and arrived to find personalized menus on our seats with 3 course meals we could each eat. Super impressed.

吃的三道菜的晚餐，之前在周围的地方转了一圈，景色属于那种半旷野的庄园风，外侧的直升机停机坪看得出偶尔有些高大上的客户来度假。服务人员非常专业，我们住在岛北侧的葡萄酒庄园，他们安排了车来接送。合适的月份可以来住3-4晚，应该可以清清头脑，和家人安安静静地享受自己的时间。

Durchdachtes Menü auf sehr hohem Niveau. Gemessen am recht hohen Preis und dem Anspruch auf Perfektion aber nur vier Sterne, da doch einige Details nicht gepasst haben (inkonsistenter Service, offenbar kein Kenntnisse zum Wein und halbwegs rustikaler Rauswurf um 22 Uhr).
Nett: der Chef kommt abends höchstpersönlich an den Tisch und schnackt ein wenig - auf durchaus sympathische Art.

Дегустационное меню Александра представляет то, что итальянцы называют "Cucina d'Autore". Дегустационное меню из девяти блюд по цене 119 €.
Меню сезонное, постоянно обновляется. Кроме дегустационного меню Ресторан Александр предлагает три блюда меню табльдот(67 €). На обед шеф-повар предлагает выбор между двумя-, тремя- или четырьмя блюдами меню табльдот, подготовленными в несколько более простой манере исполнения. Здесь можно попробовать улиток, несомненно одно из лучших приготовлений.
