Delicious cakes and tasty budget friendly meals. Lucky we happened to check it out. Definitely will go there again when at Otepää.

Sitting inside this adorable cafe in Otepää and very happy to have found it. It’s currently -12C outside and a hot coffee is warming us up before we brave outside again. For less than 10€, we had two cappuccinos and a kimchi pie. Yes, that kind of kimchi. It was delicious! Would highly recommend this cozy spot if you find yourself in this neck of the Estonian woods.

Café Elsa left an indelible impression on me from the moment I walked in. The awesome server and super friendly staff made me feel right at home. The kimchi sandwich was an explosion of flavors, and the sweet potato fries were a perfect side. This cozy cafe strikes the perfect balance between delicious food and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

One of the best cheesecakes I have tried in my life, not exaggerating here. The cheese used was so creamy and soft. Plus, the delicious berries. It was so good I had to order another one! Coffee wasn't bad either. 💪

The owners make you feel at home from the moment you enter the front door.
We stopped for breakfast and were served a collection of savoury pies in addition to the homemade cakes, topped with a perfect hot chocolate!

Nice atmosphere, good coffee, great music, and nice cakes.

Cute mom and pop bakery. The three chocolate cake we got was delicious as well as the cinnamon roll. They also offer soup if you're looking for something more filling. Good stop for those who are on a budget.
