Great weekend getaway place. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee 25€/day and get a snack bag and 2 bowls in the room. They are not so welcome in the restaurant though and must stay in the room.
Spa is okay with 4 saunas and pools but spa treatments are excellent. Definitely recommending massage with stones from Saaremaa.
Restaurant has great food and drink menu. Friendly and attentive service.

The hotel is, overall, worth 5 stars and your money. The rooms are very comfortable and constantly clean. The staff is super friendly and useful. The restaurant provides very good menu for the price. The spa and sauna are simply great. This is The spa hotel you will want to be at.

I live on the island so I am lucky enough to be able to visit the SPA and restaurant every two weeks. We like it so much we are literally here 2-3 times a month. The SPA is great, the food is even better.

The stuff are highly professional and attending, and take care to make your stay as smooth and calm as possible. The massages are great and relaxing and there are many different SPA treatments you can select.

Any time someone visits us on Saaremaa we are taking them here. Definitely the best restaurant on the whole island.

Beloved spa - hotel, the procedures, the restaurant, the whole relaxing atmosphere. I'm planning to return as soon as possible. One spa- package is simply not enough, I want to take two in order to enjoy 4 days in a row in such a nice place.
I'm only sad that staying alone in a room makes it more expensive. But no choice here, i guess)))

About the hotel:
Nice and spacious rooms. Beds are comfy and the pillows are perfect. TVs should be changed or and Android box should be added.
About the SPA: perfect for couples and solo travellers. Not many saunas but still nice for a short getaway.
About the restaurant: Breakfast is great, service is friendly and lunch/dinner is top notch.

Very nice hotel , friendly staff with a very, very good breakfast . The spa is amazing with a relaxing sauna and pools . Lovely view on the Baltic sea . The rooms are very comfortable and clean every day.

Very good place during non-season time, not sure how good it would be when it is hot outside and most of rooms booked. Very good location, close to castle, beach, restaurants.

Good spa with a wonderful view to the! Friendly and helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast. The spa offers everything you need to relax like sauna, outdoor pool, various relaxing pools and good entertainment for kids. Besides that the best thing are their massages!! Definitely should try their relaxing massages. The restaurant also offers great food (even for vegans) and delicious drinks.

Great service! They even kindly brought our luggage from Kuressaare Airport with no charge (with taxi)! Because our luggage came faster with plane.. And we were coming with bus from Tallinn and the airport was closing, so they called in the Hotel and they picked it up then, otherwise i think we wouldn't get our luggage that day... The room was simple but very nice wit a very cool balcony with view to the sea , bathroom floor is always warm, but no heater for wet towels in the bathroom. There is a minibar but no safe ...and shower has no doors... But that didn't bother me. Beautiful design. Restaurant is awesome, with also a beautiful view, very friendly staff very good food, what is very important - almost everything is local. Breakfast was amazing , pancakes are delicious! and there is also breakfast for babies! I enjoyed the stay and could relax and forget all the stress from my stressful work and could recharge myself there... Definitely will come back.

Beautiful hotel! Everything about this place is amazing: super comfy beds, heated bathroom floors, beautiful views of the castle, nice location, and great spa area!

HOWEVER, there were many kids in the spa area... maybe an adult only area would make it more relaxing! Also, more vegan options for breakfast would be great as the only thing I could eat was oatmeal every morning!

SPA is clean and kids friendly. Procedures are done well by attentive and professional staff
Hotel is clean and cozy, well located with a very nice breakfast.

Kids play room is organized and maintained. No broken toys. Kids sticker collecting game is very engaging.

We ate here and had a different spa treatment in here and enjoyed every single bit of it! The food was delicious and the whole body massage was so good I felt like I had been reborn after it was over. The stafd is very nice and the hotel is very modern and stylish - now I kind of regret not trying out the actual spa section with the outdoor pool facing the ocean view!

The place was recommended to us and we surely recommend it to others! Clean, nice and quiet, with excellent restaurant. The view to the Bishop's Castle is an extra! I would especially point out a minute detail - toilet light that is slightly delayed to avoid blinding your eyes when you come from the dark bedroom.

Very nice SPA for families with kids. Not overcrowded, relaxing atmosphere, all spa procedures are good and delicious food at the restaurant.

The swimming pools are varied and fun. There are also multiple types of saunas. The hotel room is spacious and simple. The restaurant is very very good, with friendly service and great food. Have enjoyed every moment here.

Nice medium sized spa hotel, a bar oprn till eleven in the evening, cozy spa area with a small 10m pool outside and beach chairs to enjouy summer sun. Although loved the 3-mini hamburger meal, it was hugely tasty. I must say, i have almost not had such delicious hamburgers before. Excellently seasoned and juicy, thanks for the dinner experience!

A very good place to relax. Breakfast options are plentiful and restaurant dinner was tasty. Spa offers 3 saunas, jacuzzi, outside pool and recreational pools really make a good feeling. The room was cozy, clean and modern.

Very quiet, spacious hotel. Amazing, good quality breakfast. Very good water & SPA center, not very crowded. Children friendly hotel, almost all families seemed to have young kids there. Rooms are very quiet and have seaside view.

Have not stayed at the hotel but have experienced the spa opportunity. Really nice ladies at both receptions, pleasant massage experience and a very cosy sauna facility.
