Angla Windmill Hill

This is a surprisingly nice place. It is basically an outdoor museum, but it also has a newly built house that has exhibitions of old machines, this is all decorated into a pleasing atmosphere, using sculptures, paintings and interior design like dolomite floorings etc. Everyone visiting Saaremaa should also visit the windmills.

Nice quiet place. Tour around here won’t take longer than 30min. You can see windmills, mini zoo with farm animals and have some lunch as well.

Perfect place if you have kids and you want to show them some animals or how windmills and old agriculture worked!
There is also a little museum inside with tools and handicrafts.

Great place see old machines. I don't know other place where is possible see same kind of old lathes and drills.

Very nice historic place.

Great! Worth a visit, especially the kids. They have even some animals on the premises. Large exhibition of old farm tractors and other machines. Also inside the house exhibition continues.

A wonderful view and possibility to climb into one of the windmills makes it a really nice stop in Saaremaa. You can see goats, sheep and old farming technology. There are nice wooden sculptures or vehicles that are fun for children. Food is nice as well with decent variety and good coffee ☕ Recommend.

Intresting historical location. There is more to see than only windmills, old farm machines and also inside there is intresting show of tools. (Old power tools, like footoperated drill presses, lathes and more)

This is nice place to eat and reflect on changes in our life after discovering electricity. They have mini ethnographic museum there and little farm. Very entertaining.
