Very welcomed by Mr et mrs Vorondin at Voronya Gallery where nothing is to be bought apparently but rather be enjoyed by your eyes.
You can also taste and buy rhubarb wine and marmelades and fantastic Russian pancakes.
This is a surprising place with loads of creativity in the middle of traditional(ists ) neighbourhood : like an anachronism in the village but so enjoyable

Absolutely stunning place, wonderful art and garden full of details and fun, comfortable places to sit and relax, all at the centre of onion way of Peipsi. Respectfully local and internationally cultural. Absolutely worth the drive!

A lovely place. An interesting art exhibition in an old house, a fantastic garden, and you can also get coffee, waffles, and a few other snacks. Not al at what you expect in Varnja...

A nice hippy style gallery here. Most famous combo things to eat is ruhburb juice and waffle. You need to go pay the gallery fee of 2€. This is also the end of the subulatee/onion route. Definitely you will love this one.

Very cool place.

This is an amazing little gem that anyone is lucky to stumble upon. Cafe, gallery, and wonderland in one lovingly crafted space. Tucked into the famous Peisi "onion route", you'd do yourself a disservice by not stopping by.
