It would be hard to overstate how delicious the food in this establishment is. I live in Cuenca and have visited several highly rated tradicional Ecuadorian eateries, as well as a number of humbler establishments known for the quality of their food. However, this is the third time I’ve visited Búfalo Bill’s and each visit has been better than the last and nowhere in Cuenca have I found Ecuadorian food as delicious as this. If you’re looking for atmosphere this is not your place but if you simply want really delicious food, this is it! Highly recommended!!❣❣❣
