In the past 18 months I have purchased 4 properties through Huilco, and currently I'm looking to purchase several more through them. No wonder I'm getting interesting vibes for first time from ecuadorians after visiting 6 times in total spending a year in this beautiful country. The first time 23 years ago. What has happened in the north American market and having foreigners come and by up properties and Airbnb investments the locals can no longer afford especially the younger generations. I guess this is now shoving those peeps to countries in S A to purchase u
p the land. Why are so many properties needed? Shame really. Good for the countries that care more about their people and do not allow this to happen.and I won't even get started on the foreigners coming to these countries for child sex trafficking too. Crazy times ya'll.
