Seems like a very popular local pizza joint in Quito. While this outlet is nowhere close to the old town, it actually has a waiting period for getting the table. One of the reasons why I assume for this rush is the open play area for kids... sure draw for families to go to. Pizzas are made over wood fired ovens and thta clearly makes a lot of difference to the taste of the pizzas. They have a lot of outlets across the city and one must visit them when in Quito.

Located in a great place , El Hornero offers a great selection of food!. Check the open schedule because you can buy prepared food for your trip, recommended.
Secure, clean and very safe at the moment to get your food. Convenient prices and of course the best taste!.

Went here for breakfast, had some strong coffee and a large breakfast sandwich. About $10. Large portions. Great location when traveling outside Quito.

Really tasty oven pizzas and calzones with the flavour of Uruguay in the heart of ecuador.
Staff is quite professional, pastas are fresh and the view astonishing. Recommend!
