This is one of the best cevicherías in Manta, and their other dishes are great too. The customer service and cleanliness are always outstanding. They recently remodeled the interior of the restaurant as well. It might be a little hard to find if you're not from Manta, but it's well worth the visit. Try the ceviche de pescado con maní or hornado de pescado.
