Fantastic spot. The owner was so kind and even spoke some English. They have pizza, pasta, lasagna, meat entrees like steak, trout and chicken, salads, soups and vegetarian options. There’s a pretty seating area in the back with a garden.

Wish I took a picture, but the filet mignon with potatoes were to die for. Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner. I had to come back again to have the trout and mushrooms and wow! It was amazing! :) Thank you!

Excellent! We were drawn in because we saw local firefighters eating here (always a good sign when the locals like it). I got the trout with herb sauce and my husband got steak. Each element was excellent. We both especially like the baked potatoes!

One small but awesome thing was that the bathroom had paper towels (such a luxury!)

What a great find! My husband and I happened to find this gem in one of the main streets of Banos. I had trout with herbs; it was outstanding! Best meal in Ecuador so far. The waiters were very welcoming and friendly, took the time to explain everything on the menu. If I am ever back to Banos, I am definitely coming back for another dinner! Highly recommend if anyone looking for an outstanding meal.

Ate there by chance while craving a late night pizza. I was very impressed. The pizza was excellent! Went back the next day for lunch and once again was not disappointed. Fresh food, quality ingredients, prepared on site when ordered and NOT microwaved. Family owned. Great atmosphere and good prices. I highly recommend.

Excellent food at a cozy family restaurant. I had the trout with a mushroom sauce and my wife had the shrimp with garlic, both delicious.

Great restaurant. Good service, delicious food. The food was prepared at that moment, really fresh and tasty. The best 'locro de papa' I ever had.

The food at Caña Mandur was excellent, the best meal we have had in almost 3 weeks in Ecuador. My husband had the "trucha con salsa de champiñones" and I had the "camarones al ajillo". Great service, very attentive and accommodating. Very highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I came here three times during our two day stay in Banos. Delicious food and drinks, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. The staff are also very friendly. If I go back to Banos, I will be heading straight here.

Try the steak, the trout or the shrimps. With a fresh fruit juice (passionfruit is amazing).

My sister and I had some of the best food we ate in Ecuador at caña mandur. I ordered the veggie lasagna and my sister ordered the chicken with mushrooms. All very good and wonderful service.

After discovering Cana Mandur restaurant, we didn't go anywhere else. The food and service is absolutely excellent . Its lot of restaurant in Banos, but this place is the Best!
