We absolutely love this place and has always been one of our favorite places in Jarabacoa! Never disappointed 💯.

Wow! I was truly surprised by this place! I thought I was back in the USA. Totally new and modern structure. Great decorating. Great music (on high quality speakers). Food was delicious. Service was top notch. Attentive staff. (Waldy Jose Cruz) This place is at the top of my list!

Best food and atmosphere in Jarabacoa in my
opinion. Fajitas steak was delicious as were the drinks. Also very comfortable tables and couches, the kids fell asleep on the couch so the adults could enjoy dinner! Coming back for breakfast

I recently enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a beautiful setting for a memorable meal. The food, offered at a reasonable price, exceeded expectations and added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this place for those seeking a great atmosphere and excellent food without breaking the bank.

It’s very rare in a business to have great service with delicious food at a price that they don’t beat you over the head. The server Junior was extremely exceptional. My brother and I went to eat two times while we were in Jarabacoa D.R.

I ordered the stuffed chicken that has ham and cheese with white sauce and the ribs. Everything was so delicious. Definitely recommend their food!

Can't say enough about this beautiful place. We didn't want to leave. The staff is friendly, curteous, and knowledgable. The food was excellent and a great selection!
We had the salmon and garlic shrimp dishes, chinola mojito and finished with an italian capuchino and coconut flan.
We plan to visit again before we leave Jarabacoa.

2nd visit we had the rice and peas stuffed red snapper "chillo", the coconut sauce was amazing! Must try it yourself.

Wow! I've spent a lot of time in the Dominican Republic and never had a better waitress. The food was excellent and service was fantastic! I wish I would have dressed a little nicer though. My wife made me take off my hat🤠. I had fajitas, my wife had ribs, the kids had nachos and a quesadilla. Everything was great.

Terrific atmosphere both inside and outside. Good food, clean bathrooms, very modern. Great variety and great service. Reasonable prices and excellent quantity and quality of both food and beverage. One thing, if you are Mexican or American (or Mexican-American like me), don’t get the Nachos- you’ll be disappointed. Other than that, if you ever make it to Jarabacoa, this bistró and café is a MUST. It is among the best I’ve experienced as a world traveler!

I love this place so much. The atmosphere is great. Service is great and the food is very reasonable. I remember when BISTRO was in a small mall. I asked the owner to please open a bigger spot. He did and now i love it!!!! I do not just give 5 stars to everyone.

Wow wow wow. I wish I had found this place sooner as I would have eaten every meal here. The service was amazing and the food just blew us away, flavours were great, the food was hot, the chefs actually care about the food they send out. Highly highly recommend

The food is excellent, the environment is amazing but no one should have to wait 20 minutes for a waiter to come by and check on you. The owners really need to pay attention.

The place looks really nice and is clean. The food is good. I especially liked the smoothie! :)
