I put 5 stars for the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Luis !
But the hotel itself was not worth the price, the continental breakfast was disapoiting but the service made us forget it. Thanks again to the staff !

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in the D.R. There is construction going on now and the pool is not usable, but it's a couple of miles from the beach, so no problem. Close to convenient stores/gas stations, and just on the edge of Azua.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but they only speak Spanish. The room is newer and fairly large and clean.

Internet signal is good in the room (a rarity in many Dominican hotels), and there's fairly secure parking on the side. They upgraded us to a balcony for no extra cost. The gym is pretty good.

The price is excellent.

Very cozy hotel, good air in the rooms. cleaning in the corridors, esthetics of the beautiful place. Francis is super friendly employee. Order food nearby they have the contact and it is not good.

Rooms are very nice, clean and the food is excellent and the restaurant is nice. The customer service is outstanding. The place has a nice pool with a beautiful mountains view.
