Punta Cana Princess

Wonderful resort. Staff is all very friendly and nice. Valeria form entertainment was exceptional! She keeps you up and dancing through the night. She’s the one to teach you some dance moves! Can’t stress enough how excellent the staff is at this resort. They make the stay that much more enjoyable :)

Roberby was very warm and most of the staff was really nice. He provided great service and made us feel welcome. The towels set up and maybe more nightly entertainment would have been great. The beach is beautiful and the room was just right. They have different food options and you have access to a neighboring hotel which allows for more food options and activities. Punta Cana is beautiful and peaceful

The resort is excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but the pool and beach are gorgeous. The staff are excellent!! Good food. There is a great mix of relaxation and fun built in with the animation team. You also have access to the restaurants at the family friendly resort but need to make reservations with the concierge. The Dominican and Brazilian restaurants are excellent.

This resort is the perfect combination of relaxing and fun for adults. Games to participate in (or just watch) by the pool in the afternoon. Felix, Roberby, and Hansel were great at engaging with guests and making us laugh. The bartending and buffet staff (Luis!) was awesome as well, and the buffet food was SO GOOD.
The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping staff was great, we had everything in the rooms (drinks/towels) replaced when needed.
The only annoying thing we found is the chairs by the pool and beach "fill up" fast every day.. with people saving them with their towels. It would be nice if the hotel didn't allow guests to do this, or if they had more chairs, as there was times we literally could NOT find a single open chair, but half of them were not actually occupied with people.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back here in a heartbeat. I literally miss all the staff and can't wait to see you all again!!

The staff was the best and The entertainment crew is phenomenal. Valeria and Felix always went out the way to make sure I had a great time during my stay. Very welcoming and make you feel like family.

The atmosphere is really nice. The workers are very friendly and the drinks and food were really good. Only downside was the TV and remote wasn’t working, there were no hair dryers and no usb ports and couldn’t find any plugs the first two days, but found it. Aside from that, everything was great! Will definitely come again

Very nice hotel and location with direct access to the beach and own places to chill. At the pool is always Animation. So don’t expect to have a quite time. The food is tasty and service is always very friendly with a smile on their face. The room is comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time here.

This hotel is perfect for the price point. Lots of fun activities to do and good facilities. One of the staff, Valeria was especially helpful and fun!

This resort is absolutely fabulous. We had such a great time with the animation department (Valeria, Roberby, Hansel and Felix, Jazmine) they truly get the party going. Bartenders (Emilio, Jose Luis, Angel Luis, Nelson and Luisa) are fabulous at keeping the drinks flowing and so friendly. I can't thank this group enough for a wonderful vacation.

Room, beach and service are 5 star! The staff is second to none .
The animation team doesn’t disappoint.
Jasmine is such a bonus to have on the team and the evening shows are great .

I'm glad to come back. This is our 2nd year. We asked Alexander for a specific room and he got it for us. He and Danji at guest services are a great team. The food is great, the beach is great and all of the staff are friendly and are eager to help their guests. We like this particular resort because it's relatively small compared to all the massive resorts around it and it's adults only. A half hour cab ride from the airport or you can take the free shuttle bus. The downside to that is that it stops at many resorts along the way so it will take much longer to get there. Book through Sunwing and your flight is basically free. Enjoy your stay. You won't regret it.

Everything about this place was great !! We enjoyed the entertainment every evening. Valerian was absolutely amazing engaging everyone to dance and sing and have the best time ever, along with her co workers!!! We will definitely be back !!!

Mom and I have stayed at Punta Cana Princess for 8 days and the experience has been amazing. The staff was working around the clock and we didn’t have any issues. The food is great and always freshly made, they have different varieties such as gluten free etc. A lot of fun activities to participate in at the hotel and outside of hotel, animation team was always on point with shows and entertainment! The property is always clean, starting from the lobby and throughout the whole resort! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help! Definitely would be coming back, 10/10 recommend!

It was our first time staying at this resort, but not the first time to the Dominican Republic. We had a wonderful time at the Punta Cana Princess adults only. Although other resorts have had more updated rooms and slightly better food, the location and the staff here cannot be beat! Alex and Angel in the lobby were extremely helpful. Glennys and Jose are wonderful bartenders. And being able to enjoy the fresh air all night long is a big plus for us!

We enjoyed our stay here. We came to celebrate my boyfriend birthday had a great time. Housekeeping was not that good. We had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes. But Robert and Alexander was fantastic. Their customer service was out of this world. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful resort with kind and friendly staff, spacious rooms, and easy beach access. All staff were so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with whatever questions. I felt very safe and secure at the hotel, I left my bag with cell phone and money while swimming etc. and never had a problem. The beach is very well maintained, nice and sandy! You can walk to sister resorts along the beach, or through the hotel parking lots. It was nice to have the options to visit them for meals and entertainment but honestly we much preferred Princess Punta Cana (we chose adults only for a reason haha). There isn't a ton of entertainment at this specific resort but we preferred that.There was an option to participate in pool games and musical events but it also wasn't super disruptive if that's not your preference. The hotel was well maintained and clean, and the amenities were nice (including free wifi). The store had the necessary items (sun screen, souvenirs, cigarettes, medication) but some items were quite expensive and there aren't really other options around but that's too be expected with resorts. The buffet was great with a good variety but we definitely liked the cooking stations the best (omelettes, grilled chicken, pork chop, etc).

Only thing worth noting - is that the toilet stall in the room is quite narrow, when showering you have to turn the water off or it will leak out onto the bathroom floor, and the only electrical outlets are in awkward spots (the bathroom, and pretty far from the bed or couch).

Wonderful 1 week vacation, the resort is beautiful & clean, the food at the buffet is very good & the a la cartes are excellent. Raul the F&B Mgr & his team are all friendly, attentive & truly made our time there special!!! We will return here next year for our winter vacay.

This resort is AMAZING! Went for our honeymoon and had a blast. The animation team, especially Valeria is AWESOME! 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the Punta Cana Princess. The accommodations were lovely, the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed spending time with members of the Animation Team. We would like to give a shout out to Oscairy and Valeria who not only gave us Spanish lessons, but also a great time with the evening entertainment. Would certainly recommend the Punta Cana Princess.
