Monumento a las Hermanas Mirabal

This place tells a tragic story about the Mirabal Sisters. During the dictatorship of Trujillo, they were murdered and thrown off the cliff at this place in their car. A monument was built here in their honor, you must stop by to see the monument and the scenic views!

The road to the monument is brand new and it's a very scenic route through the mountains.

Great historical place and touches your heart if you know the history of those sisters. Beware though: road is very damaged and you need to have 4x4 SUV with high clearance to make it there.

Excelente lugar trae muchos recuerdos

Bonito lugar, independientemente de lo que le paso a esas valientes mujeres en ese lugar, pues transmite mucha paz. Yo estoy enamorada de las vistas que se puede ver de ahi dependiendo de la temporada y a la hora que la visites se pueden ver neblinas. Tiene unas hermosa montañas verdes que abundan mucha vegetacion, es hermoso!!!

Historico lugar donde fueron encontradas las hermanas Mirabal y el señor Rufino (chofer) despues de su asesinato. Muy bonito monumento para honrar la vida de estas personas. La carretera esta siendo trabajada y mejorada actualmente lo que hace facil su acceso por la Carretera Turistica Santiago - Puerto Plata.

A awesome historical monument to honor the Mirabal Sister who were assassinated by the Tyran Trujillo. It a very quiet place deep the the Septentrional mountain rage, full of beautiful trees, and awesome vegetation.

Un lugar que transmite paz independientemente que haya sido el lugar donde asesinaron las hermanas Mirabal, grandiosa vegetación, muchos árboles de distintas clases, perfecto para los que les gusta gozar de la tranquilidad que ofrece la naturaleza.

UNA HISTORIA DESGARRADORA EN REP DOM, POR LOS AÑOS DE LA DICTADURA TRUJILLISTA, QUE LAMENTABLEMENTE TERMINÓ CON LA VIDA DE TRES MUJERES LUCHADORAS POR UNA PATRIA LIBRE DE DITACTURA,

Ese lugar tiene una vista increíble, se puede llegar en vehículos.

Es un lugar muy lindo donde se respira aire fresco y donde podemos observar el precipicio donde tiraron las tres guerreras, Las hermanas Mirabal.

La carretera esta muy deteriorada. Preferible ir en vehículo altos.

El camino es un poco incómodo recomiendo usar vehículo alto

Bello y eso estará más bonito con la terminación de la carretera
