BAUHAUS

I visited during the weekend and didn't count on getting much advice from the personnel on the Sunday shift, but boy was I wrong!

We asked two different people for advice, both on products to buy but also on plants in general, and both of them were nice and friendly and didn't dismiss us quickly and genuinely tried to help.

It was a nice experience and I will be back. The location is very big and well equipped. There is also a Bauhaus cafe at the entrance with a nice roast pork sandwich, hot dogs and hot and cold drinks/ice cream.

Great store. Lots of selection and a friendly and helpful staff. There's a long checkout line at peak periods (Saturday afternoon say) but that's too be expected. They carry a lot of amazing fixtures in plumbing and electrical.

Reminds me of Home Depot and Lowes back in the USA, but less crazy. 😀

It’s not perfect but covers the major needs, i went there for a simple CFL lamp but they don’t sell such lamps...
You can easily spend long time to find what you need there but they have good helpful support staff,

Very large store, very well equipped. Find your items online to find the right aisle, since the staff is usually quite busy. They are super friendly, though.

I had a gift card and though you can't use it online, after writing an email with Bauhaus staff they found a way to let me still use it with click and collect. I also called the hotline, asking about skrews and again I got help. So the service is good and the staff is nice, if I'm in need of material I'll go to Bauhaus again

It's not IKEA so you can't get lost in it, which is a plus. The light section is worth looking at even if just to be amazed by. Huge place that has anything you need for the house.

I love the fact that you can buy individual bolts and nuts and just weigh them afterwards, instead of a packet ending up with more than you need.

Very big. Very new. My 8 year old daughter liked being there!
