We took one of our cats here as she had a lot of matted fur on her stomach, which she would not allow us to brush. We were really happy with the care that she received from Hein, who was very skilled, both at removing the matted fur, but also at being able to make our cat feel relatively relaxed and calm during the process. We would definitely recommend Hein, and would not hesitate to return to her salon in the future if necessary.
