Camping Roskilde

Nicely located and planned. I rate it 5 stars, although there are things to improve: some minimal lighting of the road from the tent square to the sanitary building, an electric kettle in the kitchen and better waste segregation.

Amazing location right next to the fjord. The toilets, showers and kitchen are clean and tidy. You can rent a car or bike from reception. Views to Roskilde are great across the water. Very large camping site with plenty of room for tents, caravans, motorhomes, glamping and huts.

Great campsite, lovely playgrounds, amazing views. Very clean and well maintained bathrooms and kitchen areas.

Stayed for one night but we will surely be back.

Nice camping with spacious plots. Within walking distance of Roskilde (or bus stops in front of camping entrance).

Clean sanitary building, with kitchen with several appliances.

Playgrounds all over the place for all kids (aged 3 - 11).

Electricity is paid per KWh and usage of the showers is paid per minute.

We didn't camp, we went for a walk in the beachpark. Very beautiful and there is also a cozy cafè

Fantastic campsite about 5 km from the train station in Roskilde. Idylic surroundings and very close to a nice blue flag beach. The facilitys are excellent and clean. We booked a cabin and they are very high standard compared to everything else I have come across in Denmark, as cabins in camp sites go (I have been to more than 20 sites, bicycle touring Sjælland). Amazing value for money. They also have a nice restaurant that serves very nice food, and there is a rather fancy restaurant right by the entrance if you sant something higher standard. Can't recommend this campsite enough!

Very nice place, this won't be the last visit. There's a small fenced-in dog area of the woods, which is perfect for the morning walk. Overall a nice area for walks, and the café has good food.

We loved this campsite. I actually wushed we could stay even longer! There was so much to see in the area. And the campsite is very lovely situated on the roskildefjord. Also very nice, it was no priblem to stay an additional day because of the weather. The cafe serves good meals! Lovely and tasty!

Such a shame I’ve booked this one for only one night, because it is one of the best campings I’ve experienced.
The location is perfectly nearby Roskilde literally at the water which gives also a beautiful location for viewing the sunset.
Staff is great, and the sanitary is hotel-like.

Can recommend it to anyone who would stay here for a long time with the family or anyone for a few-day stop to visit Roskilde or Copenhagen.

A beautiful place due to the landscape with trees but also the sea next to it. I have been coming here for 3 years, there is no better place like this. A good place to relax.

Very nice campsite. Specious and good facilities. Don't forget to visit Roskilde (cathedral), it's only 20 minutes with the bicycle. On a hot day, the watersite can be busy but hop into the water to cool off.

The best kitchen and toilet/shower facilities I have ever experienced at a camping site. Pure luxury. The site is so beautifully situated by the water. Strongly recommend, even if you have to make a detour!

Great location. Nice and very helpfull staff. Very clean and evrth in perfect condition. Super for families wth children. Quiet. Spacy lots and not overcrowded even in the peak of seson. Not cheap but worth the price. 2 adults + car + caravan 280. Electricity free.

Very nice view to the fjord (Bay). And the woods around.
You will feel more wind there if the weather is windy.

Just went there to eat and taste ice cream. And enjoy the nature. But did camp there many years ago really nice camping site.

Awesome camping ! We loved it...here you can do sports and discover the sea of Denmark. However this camping has huge spaces in a beatiful location.

Yeup I was resting over there for two days. Park lake VIKING boats nearby area pitchs to play some birds ETC

Great campsite, great view to Roskilde over the fjord, close to Copenhagen.

Very affordable camping spot for backpackers, with friendly personnel and quite fancy showers and kitchen. Ideal when planning to visit Vikingeskibmuseet.

Nice camping place near to Roskilde. View of Roskilde Harbor is amazing :)
