Lidl

Inexpensive, decent produce and cheese sections. Their meat department is not their strong point. If you want something quick and easy, their frozen foods are better than average.
Update 2: it used to be that I could count on Lidl having better prices than the non discount stores like Føtex and Nemlig, but these days you really have to check. Today their eggs were very well priced, but their sale priced Sun Lolly was more than Nemlig. So was their Pågen brand breads.
Update: they now have a nice selection of fresh daily baked goods, but they are popular so if you want them you must shop early. I'm reluctant to mention, because I want it all to myself, but they have a small stand alone fridge for tapas and anti pasti stuff that is really nice quality and better than what's available at the larger more expensive stores. I adore the olives and trays of dips and stuffed peppers, salami crudo, etc
Udated Update (because Google asked): Now with higher food prices everywhere, Lidl has become my first choice for our weekly shop. Their produce has been really nice lately, though I wish there was a wider selection of vegetables and herbs.
They've also been having specialty French and Italian DOP salami that is very nice quality for a very reasonable price. I used to have to go to a specialty shop to get the types they now seem to have regularly, so Lidl is always high on my list.

I go out of my way to shop here around 3 times per month. Always interesting selection of frozen items and foods.

The best supermarket i have bought from. It has the best fruits, vegetables, milk products, clothes etc. Definetly better than føtex and fakta in Many different ways.

It has many products especially good gins. I for one love gin man and they came with this bottles: 3 variations where 1 has some orange sent, the second one has herbs ('erbs as my friend Tavian calls them) and the third one is normal. They also give a booklet for how to make a great cocktails.
Though don.t be like danes that do not have a sense of fashion and buy cloths from there...

Our favourite shopping place. Big and has it all. Although the Sangria has been would out for a couple of weeks now and it seems that it will not come back :/

Favourite store to do the grocery shopping. Reasonably priced and always fresh produce. Clean store and the store has a great variety off everything.

A nice change from what netto and fakta have to offer, especially their chocolate selection is good.

The renewal really benefitted the looks of this supermarket. It now presents food better than most high street ones

By far the best supermarket chain in this country, although the wait at the registers can be a bit long at times.
