Europcar Billund Lufthavn

Surprisingly helpful customer service! On the arrival, we discovered that we had booked cars that we were not allowed to drive with as we are tax-residents in Denmark, but we kinda booked the car meant for toiursists. But they helped us SO nice and fast in the airport and within 15 minutes arranged new cars for us and explained everything. Also cars were in perfect condition. You are able to drop off the car on your own, even tho we were late for 2 hours, they didn't charge extra.

They gave us an upgraded car which is almost brand new.
After returning the car, we got the deposit back; no unexpected fee claimed.

Had the greatest start to a trip you could possibly have with Europcar. The line was super long yet it went super quick! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are quick yet they don’t make you feel rushed. On top of all that they gave me a free upgrade! Thanks again! We really appreciated it!

I'm very satisfied. Very nice and friendly personnel. We had quite a serious and long delay of our flight and we are a family with two children, but they waited for us for which I am extremely grateful. Received a nearly brand new, very nice, clean and comfortable car - a third generation Mazda 2 Hatchback. It was perfect for us. Was easy to find and to return. Good value for money.
