2takt Café & Brasserie

Went there a Sunday evening with our 10 month kid. Super nice place, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Tried the "3 retters sæsonmenu" which was very well put together, and with the highlight of the menu, the dessert "Brombærbombe m/ marcipan, vaniljeis og friske brombær ". This was a Danish carnival in your mouth 🇩🇰👌

I got lucky in Frederikshavn, both the restaurants I tried were amazing. The wonderful chef at Restaurant Gratværk recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, great food and overall a pleasant experience.

If you want to treat yourself to a brunch out of the ordinary, you should visit Cafe & Brasserie 2takt. The place is located in the middle of the pedestrian street in Frederikshavn approx. 1 hour's drive north of Aalborg.

It is possible to sit inside in the cozy rooms or outside with a view of the pedestrian street. At Café 2takt, you can create your own brunch and choose 3, 5 or 7 dishes, which are all served at the same time.

There is more care for the details and the taste experience than anywhere else in Denmark where I have eaten brunch. 2takt is absolutely also my wife's favorite place for a delicious brunch.

Afterwards, you can go for a pleasant stroll along the Frederikshavn pedestrian street or take a drive to the Palm Beach (Palmestranden).

Quite a nice surprise. Really good quality food served by friendly staff. Medium costly but totally worth it!

The biggest surprise was probably the decorations which were elegantly placed and were mostly old marine diesel engine parts and other machinery along with traditional items. For a marine engineer it was a treat!

One of the best veggie sandwich I had. Fast service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend for a brunch or breakfast :)

Went here for brunch and were very pleased!

I took the bruschetta, a croissant and the waffle as well as a passion fruit juice and some coffee. Everything tasted very good but the price was a bit high. The food itself was 89DKK for 3 things which is okay but the juice and coffee together added up to almost 100DKK. Bottom line, the food was great and would recommend even tho the price (which isn't ridiculous)

We love this place and we do not miss it when we are in Fredrikshamn. We try the food at night and the café in the morning.

Pleasant and friendly staff. On the recommendation of the waiter, I tried their desserts. This is something incredible. Cheesecake is just great. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Perfect place for a break and a coffee. It's hard to find an open coffee place when it's Sunday.

In a very calm and relaxing atmosphere my wife and I enjoyed a lovely diner served by very kind personnel. The food was excellent and served with knowledge and a smile. The price is also very acceptable, certainly compared to the overall high prices in Denmark. We would definitely come back.

Amazing! Pleasantly surprised. The quality and taste of the food was outstanding. On top of that the service was happy and polite. The decor was fun and consisted of engine-parts. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We went 6 people, all having different courses: fish, burger and veal, and everyone agreed that the food was excellent. The burger paddy was well cooked and tasted delicious. Our 3 year old had something from the childrens menu, which she also liked. The desserts were well-made, and the coffee was likewise.

The staff was welcoming and helpful and the service was quick. All in all, the visit was a great success, and we will probably go there again next time we visit Frederikshavn.
