Early birds and visitors on colder days will probably have the best experience. In April, with just a few other guests, we could get closer to the animals as in any other park. And still, the animal feel well placed and have space to withdraw. Furthermore: the stuff is friendly, there is a nice playground and the toilettes are clean. All in all a great experience for nature loving people and probably all kids.

Fantastic place to meet the wild animals that reside in the Nordics and Scandinavia. Lots of space and very family friendly. Feeding of polar bears and eagles is done twice a day in front of the guests. The staff is very professional and informative. Toilet facilities present several strategic places and there is a huge playground for the kids.

Small but very nice. Animals have a lot of space, especially compared to most european city zoo's. Wooden overpasses at bear areas allow for great, unparalleled close-up views. Worth waiting for feeding time of the bears.

Love this place. Have been many times and always have a great day. You can tell that the staff take great care of the animals and want to produce the best conditions for them. Highly recommendable for ages zero to one-hundred.

This park may not have a variety of animals but the few that are there have a nice enclosure, enough ground space and water area. The wolves, brown bear, polar and moose are the highlights. The feedings are explained in Danish only but I still found it worth it to be there at the specific times. I would definitely recommend going there and early in order not to miss the feedings.

It's soo nice to see a zoo that has so much focus on the wellbeing of the animals. They only keep animals that are native to Scandinavia, and they have lots of space. We had a fantastic tour here.

We love this place: Wolf, moose, deer, bear, icebear, fox, eagle, m....All the animals that are here in Scandinavia but you rarely if ever get to see. Educational displays and friendly, informative staff. It is not as much an amusement park like Ree Park but more real and true to its purpose.

It was a very nice experience.
Not big enough to fill the entire day though, but still very recommended!

This park was a big positive surprise for me. As a Dane I thought, how interesting can Scandinavian animals be... I was wrong! In this park you get so close to the animals it's amazing. Even as an adult it was so funny to hand feed the deers and goats. The animals have plenty of space and can decide if they want to interact or not. I love how they have build each area after the needs of the animals and not the needs of the public. Don't miss the animal feeding schedules as the animal keepers tells a lot about the animals here besides feeding them. For smaller children there is a big playground and a goat area for interaction. This park is nothing than fantastic. Schedule around 6-7 hours for a visit.

Really awesome experience.
The animals had some really large enclosures, it was just really nice to experience the animals having large space, but still being able to get close to them using the walkways.

Very nice park with lots of different varieties of animals. There are also lots of kid-friendly areas such as a big playground. I consider this as a good attraction in Jutland which is worth visiting

Very impressed with the wildlife park. All the animals were well taken care of. Plenty of space for them to roam around. Special thanks to Sashia who did a good job and also take time to explain to us clearly on our query about the animals. One of the highlights of our trip. Love it ❤

A very family friendly park, with great spaces for the animals.
Not a lot of different animals, but the theme is animals living naturally in Scandinavia, and that has been hit perfectly.

The polar bear feeding is engaging and shows off the animals well.

The bridge through the Wolf enclosure lets you experience a proud animal.

It is very nice small zoo in which you have only animals native to skandinavia. It is kept in a very natural way (hardly any buildings or artificial creations. Relatively expensive, but if you visit when they feed different animals (especially the polar bears), it is absolutely worth it!

Was an great zoo with a lot of animals. You could feed some human friendly herbivores if you buy their food and interact with them, as well as witness the feeding of wolves, polar bears, brown bears and sea eagles while the friendly zoo keepers explained several things about the species. Sadly they did not do their small presentations in English but you could ask them your questions in English afterwards, however. The gift shop was also very worthwhile.

Price for a single entry is a bit steep, but get a season pass and you're up for a lot of good time. Self-paced viewing of animals - and the chance to feed some of them. And a great playground for kids 3yo and above. Bring your own food or buy from the outlet which serves food that clearly exceeded my expectations.

A truly great place, one of the few zoos in the world where you don’t pity the animals. Here the animals have 2-10 times as much space as in a regular zoo, it nice to see bears, wolfs and polar bears in a more natural habitat.
