Nice staff at the Næstved store especially Mr.Holst he know many things about products,and manager Mr.Tom Witch care about customers to go satisfy from your store.The product are good and its pleasure to buy the items from your store.

Some of the staff at the store in Næstved always try to help the customers(especially Mr. Holst who has a lot of knowledge about the products in the store), and the Manager Mr. Tom really takes an interest in satisfying customers and solving delicate problems. Very pleased that you have staff who have knowledge, helps and speak allso English. The products have a good quality.

Great products and customer service! We had bought some flooring and needed to return the excess packages, and they helped us get a refund really smoothly, even though we had lost the receipt.

We had a small issue reserving a machine but the staff in Næstved was amazing helping us to fix this by giving us a new machine free of charge.

Jeg er forholdsvis ny i nærområdet og har derfor benyttet mig af andre byggemarkeder der hvor jeg kom fra, men jeg er meget positiv overrasket over jeres byggemarked. Jeg er mest stødt på unge mennesker der taler rigtig pænt og er meget hjælpsomme. Dog vil jeg gerne fremhæve Jonas i haveafdelingen, som har været outstanding til at hjælpe mig med en lille reservedel til min højtryksrense, TAK.
