Beautiful, easy to access and to park. Nice walk and if you want to visit inside, you need to pre-book or consider the time schedule. When we were there it was to late, so it was closed. But it's open to walk around.

The lighthouse is absolutely wonderful and charming! The bathroom is very clean and warm. The exhibition is very interesting and well-organized. The parking is a few meters away from the lighthouse which is great because you don't need to walk a lot. Before you go to the top, make sure to dress properly - it is windy there.

Lodbjerg Fyr is an old lighthouse who is placed in the moorland of Thy Nationalpark. The lighthouse was built in 1883 but lit for the first time in 1884. The lighthouse measures 35 meters and it is possible to climb the lighthouse after larger restoration done in 2019. Surrounding the lighthouse is beautiful nature and even a campsite with a wild shelter and bonfire.

An awefully inspiring area, with excellent routes through the landscape. I took the blue route (4) from the visitor centre at Lodbjerg fyr (which has excellent ice-cream). The information is perfect, so you feel comfortable exploring the beautiful national park.

Perfect place to stay. There is clean restroom, shelter, campfire and clean water. About 100m further you can see awesome sunset next to the lighthouse by seashore. Also electricity is provided by local groundsman.

Stunning views where ever you look. Ascending to the top of the lighthouse (costs 30DKK) is definitely worth it, though mind the wind it is quite harsh in the top. Plenty of hiking trails from 3 to 90km, some taking you to sandy cliffs overlooking the expanse of the North sea.

Good spot for looking some castaways and sirens:)

It might have been the nicest place we saw in this national park. The coffee place is quite charming and you can paint some stones in an old house. Great to boost your creativity. We only wish you could visit the tower.

You can climb the lighthouse and you should! It's an amazing view. (Adults pay 25dkk) inside the lighthouse you can visit a exposition and see real stuffed animals. Very nice place. You can start several walks from the lighthouse

Such a lovely discovery in the middle of the nature.

Little cute museum, friendly coffee (open from 11 am to 4 pm), guest house for travelers and campers, and of course the lighthouse with incredible view. The place is the starting point of various trails.

A cool lighthouse in an unexpected place. It has a great view over the area, and for a cheap price of 25 DKK for adults, and free for children. Other than that there's an exhibit about the lighthouse and how people used to live in it. Finally, there's a Café too which serves excellent food and drinks.

Really a beautiful area with some wonderful options for hikes, both shorter and longer. Definitely pay a visit to Lodbjerg Fyr for a fantastic view of the area, and the option for a break with coffee and cake

Located in beautiful Thy national park at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Very nice view of the dune landscape and the North Sea. One can also observe the force of the nearby located shifting sand dune.

Dramatic and well-maintained Light House where one can take starecase to the top with fantastic view! There is a family-owned very cosy and friendly Caffe Shop where one can get organic ice creem, home-made cookies and cofee. Prices are fair. Very much recommended! :-)

A perfect stop after a hike in the dunes of Danmark.

Wonderful view over the North Sea and the landscape of Sydthy. Visiting Lodbjerg Kirke, walking at the coast, through dunes, wood and heather and climbing the top of Lodbjerg Fyr is a nice tourist programme for a day.
