Great customer service. We received an excellent service today at around 9:15 am from a guy called Benjamin at the counter. He gave us a great service at the check in counter. He was very approachable, had a welcoming smile and very Nice towards us. Pls klm try to find out Who this worker is, and give him an award. He looks Asian and was at the Copenhagen Airport counter at Kastrup, Denmark. Thanks

Didn't send enough information due to Covid restriction before the flight.
Situation changes the day before flight in Holland and got refused at boarding. Should be sending informations like this to clients.
However, they corrected the mistake and found a new flight for free 2h later

Very slow lines. Delta should drop them as a partner. They seem too incompetent to program their kiosks to read covid test reports, which are designed to be machine read.

Asked customer servicewhat would happen to my trip if I missed the first flight and just took the return flight, and was told it would be fine.

When the time came to check in, I was forced to pay for a 125€ fine that I wasn't told of during said previous contact.

Not transparent with fees at all, can't recommend, awful.

Keeps the payment even the service wasn’t provided:
Had in relation with a long-distance flight paid approx 75 Euro to be able to sit on an emergency exit seat because I found the normal seats are very small. Then KLM changes their aircraft from a Boring 777-300 to a 777-200 which is shorter and therefore the seats do not have the same placement, so it means that I got to sit in an ordinary seat during the whole trip.
Subsequently I complain to KLM that I did not get what I paid extra for, but this was simply rejected by KLM as something they are not responsible for and deny me my extra paid 75 EURO back, and after that they have simply ignored my inquiries.
So, don’t Fly KLM but use a reliable company and if you must be forced into a KLM flight, NEVER pay extra for any services!!!

Terrible. Covid serving as a good excuse for them to not do their job.
Lost baggage, no contact, no help, no system to truck it but, at the same time, they charge you for each item.
Was such a good airline in the past. How couple of months made it a scam that you don´t want to fly never again with!

Covid certificate is valid for 9 months accordingly with the European rules. KLM put problems on my trip because my certificate is 7 months old. 20 mins just to check documents. Please check the law before disturbing passages

Terrible terrible customer service.

På en flyvetur til Panama blev jeg sat imellem to overvægtige mænd. De fyldte så meget i flysæderne, at jeg ikke kunne læne mig tilbage.
Der var masser af plads på flyveren. Men personalets løsning var, at tilbyde mig en opgradering til omkring 100 Euro.
Det vil sige, at jeg skulle betale ekstra for, at få den siddeplads jeg allerede havde betalt for. Sikke en service.....
